Our Story
The ritual came first. The Ghee came after.
A morning ritual for my daughter and a cow I’d never heard of.

Chapter 01
I Knew Adult Health. Not Kid Health.
Ten years of weight training, calorie counting and protein shakes. I had health figured out.
Until I became a father. Then almost none of it applied.
For adults, the hard part is calories and training. For kids, it’s one thing: Digestion.
What we tried
More water.
More fibre.
Then a daily laxative.
Same story in every home I asked.
This is what worked.
Ghee & Warm Wateron Empty Stomach
Every morning, before anything else.
Her mornings changed. Once this became her first thing each day, I started looking harder at the jar it came from.
Chapter 02
Turns Out I Didn’t Know Ghee Either.
Living in the USA, I still look for small ways to serve back home, through our family NGO.
In Uttarakhand I visited one remote village, too beautiful to be that dirty. So we got to work: nearly 800 kg of plastic removed, and its waste-management system restarted.
They introduced me to a cow I had never heard of.
The Badri Cow

She grazes on wild Himalayan herbs, gives just 1-2 litres of milk a day, and her Ghee is made the old way: from curd, by hand.
This Ghee is used in Ayurvedic medicines.
I gave a jar to my neighbour, for her son. Then to family, for theirs.
The problem was never just mine.
Every house had a version of it. Almost nobody talked about it.

The Promise
We weren’t trying to make another cooking Ghee.
We were making one for our kids’ mornings
What began at home became a mission: bring Badri cow Ghee and this morning ritual to more families.
