By using happymooghee.com and buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Orders and payment

Orders are processed through Shopify. Prices are in United States dollars. We accept major credit cards and standard digital payment methods, and you will get an order confirmation by email. Products are sold subject to availability, and prices and descriptions can change without notice. If we cannot fulfil an order, we cancel it and refund you in full.

What we sell

The Happy Moo Ritual Kit: A2K2 Ghee from Himalayan Badri cows, hand churned the original way, sold with free shipping inside the United States.

Refunds and our two promises

The 30-Morning Promise and the Purity Promise are real and binding. The exact windows, claim steps and conditions live on our Shipping and Returns page, and those terms form part of this agreement.

Food product and health

Happy Moo A2K2 Ghee is a food, not a medicine. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. We lab test every batch for purity, and we still ask you to talk to your pediatrician before introducing any new food to your child, especially if they have a known dairy sensitivity.

Our content

The copy, photography, illustration and design on this site belong to Sattvik Ventures LLC. You are welcome to share links. You may not copy our text or images for your own commercial use without written permission.

Acceptable use

Please do not scrape the site, resell our product as an authorised distributor without our written agreement, or present yourself as speaking for Happy Moo.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Nothing here limits the consumer rights your local law gives you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
